There are many good books to support your Herbal journey, but if we had to narrow them down, the books by Julia Brutton- Seal and Matthew Seal come top of the list. They are Hedgerow Medicine, Wayside Medicine and Kitchen Medicine and are UK based. Other books that we like are:
