In this two hour session, we explore the changes in our body as we enter the time of midwinter and how the dark affects our pineal gland and the way we feel. the way we do and what we can do to help.

We explore herbs that support immunity, mental clarity, keeping warm, and aid sleep, calm and dreaming. Many of these herbs can be found in the kitchen cupboard or in good grocery stores or markets. We explore our spices and other supportive herbs.
